- Order or delivery question: Include your order number and a short description of what you need.
- Choosing your fit: Tell us your usual shoe size, the size system on your shoes (US, UK or EU), whether it’s a men’s or women’s size, and the style you’re considering.
- No Blisters Guarantee: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the affected pair, and we’ll make it right with a refund of the sock price. Original shipping charges are excluded from refunds.
