Terms of Service
1. About us and these terms
This website, mapleruncollective.ca, is operated by Maple Run Collective Inc., based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Contact: contact@mapleruncollective.ca. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund & Returns Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy. Our store runs on Shopify.
2. Who can order
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. We accept orders for delivery to Canadian addresses only.
3. Products
We are a Canadian retailer of Steigen socks. We try to show colours, sizes and product details accurately. Screens vary, however, and a size range is a guide (Unisex US 5–12, Big Foot US 12+, Kids 1–6). If you're unsure about fit, email us before ordering.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order through our payment provider. We may change prices at any time, but a change won't affect an order we've already accepted.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll refund any amount you've paid in full.
6. Promotions and discount codes
Each promotion runs under the terms shown with it, including any dates, minimum spend and eligible products.
- Buy 9 pairs, get the 10th free: when your cart has 10 or more eligible pairs of Steigen socks, one pair is free, applied automatically at checkout. One free pair per order. It can't be combined with discount codes.
- Unless a promotion says otherwise, discount codes can be used once per customer, can't be combined with other offers, and have no cash value.
We may end or change a promotion at any time, but this won't affect orders already placed.
7. Shipping, returns and the No Blisters Guarantee
These are covered by our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Returns Policy. The No Blisters Guarantee is a refund promise from Maple Run Collective. It is not a claim that our products prevent blisters.
8. Reviews and content you send us
If you send us a review, photo or testimonial, you confirm it is your own honest experience. You also agree that we may display it on our site and social channels with your first name, unless you ask us not to.
9. Website use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its security or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors, including Steigen. You may not use it without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that can't be waived.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting any consumer protection rights you have in your own province or territory.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
