From choosing your first pair to tracking an order, here are the details that help you get moving. Maple Run Collective is Canadian-operated, with orders dispatched from Toronto and a team you can reach directly.

Orders, offers and delivery

Where do you ship from?

We ship across Canada from Toronto, Ontario. Your order is dispatched within Canada, so there are no cross-border duties or import fees on your purchase from us.

How long does delivery take?

Standard Canada Post delivery typically takes 2–10 days. Timing varies by destination and carrier conditions, so please treat this as an estimate. Email us with your order number if you need help checking a delivery.

When is shipping free?

Standard shipping in Canada is a flat C$10, and free on orders of C$105 or more. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

How do I get the tenth pair free?

Add 10 pairs to your cart. Buy 9 pairs and the 10th is free, applied automatically at checkout—no code needed. One free pair per order. At C$24.99 per pair, ten pairs come to C$224.91 before tax, with free shipping.

Can I mix colours and sock heights?

Build a rotation that suits you: choose your favourite colours and lengths, then check the free 10th pair at checkout. If a combination isn’t applying as expected, contact us before placing the order.

Finding your pair

Which sock height should I choose?

Start with the coverage you enjoy wearing. Zero Length is our lowest cut, followed by ¼, ½, ¾ and Full Length. Height describes coverage; it does not change the foot size. Compare the options in our Sizing Guide.

Are all Steigen socks the same size?

No. Standard running socks, Big Foot, Kids and Pilates styles have different sizing. Check the individual product’s fit information. If you’re unsure, send us your usual shoe size, the sizing system on your shoes and the style you’re considering.

Are they only for runners?

We came to Steigen through running, but we also reach for them on rides and training days. Choose a style for your activity: the running range focuses on lightweight comfort, while Pilates socks have grip details for studio sessions.

How should I care for my socks?

Follow the care instructions supplied with your pair. For running socks, we recommend a cold, delicate machine wash and hanging them to dry.

What happens if I develop blisters?

If you develop blisters while wearing Steigen socks purchased directly from Maple Run Collective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a refund of the affected sock price. Read the full guarantee for the details.

How do I make a claim?

Email contact@mapleruncollective.ca with your order number and the affected pair. We’ll reply within 24 hours with the next steps for your claim.

Are shipping charges refunded?

The guarantee refund covers the price paid for the affected socks. Original shipping charges are excluded.

What if I want to return an order for another reason?

Email us with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll explain the available options and next steps for your order.
